We work directly with pre-professional student dance programs in the suburbs of Boston and beyond to expose young dancers to a future in dance not often showcased in the mainstream. We collaborate with leaders in Boston and Cambridge to support and spearhead educational programming that services both adult recreational and professional dancers in the Greater Boston area.

As a collective of like-minded individuals, we operate within a lateral power structure and are devoted to the cultural health of our community. We meet regularly to discuss the current events in our industry and imagine solutions: what successes and failures do we witness in the field of dance? What new models and systems could better support creativity within the context of ethics, equity, and societal evolution? How can we integrate these ideas into our creation and performance of dance?
